Last day..wow.

I can’t believe it’s the last day. I have come so far, emotionally and physically. It’s my last day of Accutane. I’ve dealt with acne for 6 years. For the last 6 months, my skin has transformed and it’s so clear now. Acne has effected my self-esteem and how I appear. I always felt people were looking at my acne, not me. Now, I’m more confident and can continue to live a happy life :D.

If you have any questions, ask away! Do you have any questions?

Q: How bad did you break out when you started?
A: I noticed I broke out on cheeks more than usual. My skin was pretty bad to begin with so it was hard to tell. For me, it took 2.5 months into it to really see change.

Threading or Waxing?

Threading

PROS

- Hurts less

- Better for sensitive skin

- No burns

CONS

- After pain if the threading was harsh on a certain place

Waxing

PROS

- Every hair is removed

- Long lasting results

- Don’t need to do anything (Threading you have to hold your eyebrow so they can thread the lower part)

CONS:

- Can leave burns

WHO WINS? I love threading the most! Doesn’t hurt as much as waxing and has good lasting results :)

I love Make Up Forever Full Cover Concealer! This is perfect for scarring and discoloration.
Pros:- Drys fast
- Doesn’t crease
- Goes on smooth
- Covers!
- Looks natural
- Lasts long (perfect for a school or work day)
Cons:
- The color dries a little bit darker
- Can look cakey if not applied with light layers (Pretty much the rule of thumb for any foundation application)

Makeup primers are a great way to even out texture and have your foundation go on smoother.

Everyday/daily primers are used to reduce the size of pores and make foundation go on smoother. Primers such as Laura Mercier, NARS, Urban Decay, Bare Minerals would be a good everyday/daily primers.

For special events, primers can be used to make your foundation/skin look flawless for high definition cameras. Primers such as MAKE UP FOREVER HD, Smashbox Photo Finish would be good for special events.

Many lines of primers have color-correcting primer shades. The most popular uses for color-correct primers are:

Green primers: Concealing redness

Yellow primers: Conceals under eye dark circles

I love stippling brushes because they are great for applying foundation to give that “airbrush look”. Just dab your foundation on the white areas of the brush and apply. Simple as that! Unlike other foundation brushes, you get more out of product and doesn’t look cakey.

Feather Earrings can either make or break the look! If you are wearing all solid colors, they are great way to transform the look. It’s a great summer trend. Very earthy and natural.

Loving the Jean Jacket look! You dress them up or down. Going to the gym, heading to work/school or pairing them with great boots for the night. They pretty much compliment any outfit. I suggest to not “over jean it”! If you are wearing jeans, make sure they are a different color than your jean jacket.
